Dear neighbour,

Welcome to my website.

I’ve decided to nominate for Bellevue Ward in the November Boroondara Council elections because I believe that North Balwyn and Kew East deserve a hard-working, committed local representative on council.

I’ve lived in North Balwyn for over 15 years, and during that time I have been an active member of our local community. I’ve benefited so much from living in the area that I am now seeking an opportunity to give back.

I believe that my background uniquely prepares me to be a vocal representative of the local area.

My diverse work experience includes time volunteering for an aid organisation in Kenya, dedicated to delivering better outcomes for local communities. It is there that I learnt the importance of hard work and cooperation to achieve positive outcomes. I’ve also worked at a magazine in the United States.

Currently, I work locally in my parents’ small business. For the past four years, I have tutored local students in Maths, English, Piano and Music Theory. It is this ongoing connection to young people in the local area which makes me so passionate about delivering the best outcomes for Bellevue.

My connection to the area is long standing. My family and grandmother have lived in the area for decades. I attended Boroondara Park Primary School, where I served as School Captain in Grade Six. I’m a graduate of Camberwell Girls Grammar School, where I served as a House Captain. I’m now studying for a degree in Communications at the University of Melbourne.

Bellevue Ward needs a committed, hard working and positive team player on council. With energy and optimism, I will be a vocal advocate for the residents of Boroondara. I will listen to and take on-board the concerns of all residents, and will be an active representative for them on council.

Already, I’ve been meeting residents, business owners and community leaders in the local area. I believe that a local councillor should always be available and accessible to local residents to ensure that their concerns never fall through the cracks.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or issues that you think I should be aware of, or if you would like to get involved with my campaign.

Yours sincerely,
